You can request as many tasks as you need, one at a time. Once a task is completed and approved, you can submit the next one. This ensures efficiency and consistent quality.

How fast will my tasks be completed?

Most tasks are delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on complexity. Larger projects, like branding or reporting, may take longer. You can view the duration for each request before submitting at your dashboard.

Can I submit multiple tasks at once?

Yes, you can submit as many tasks as you like. Any additional requests will be queued until the active task is completed.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes for Studio+, during the 14-day free trial, you can request a refund if you’re not satisfied. After the trial period, refunds are not available, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and it won’t renew afterward. For long-term plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term.

Do you offer services in languages other than English?

Yes, we also offer services in Arabic, ensuring culturally relevant and professional designs for the Middle East market. Other languages are being added as per client's demands.

What if the task I want isn’t listed in your services?

We’ve got you covered! If your request isn’t listed in our standard services, you can use the Custom Request tab in your request to submit your task. If it’s something we can accommodate, we’ll make it happen. If not, we’ll let you know and suggest the best alternative.
